You will be a key contact for their customers and be required to provide various information and data to key stakeholders within the business.
This is a customer facing role therefore excellent verbal communication skills are essential as well as a good level of intelligence and initiative, a high attention to detail and strong administration skills.
You will have experience of working within a fast paced customer support environment and be confident and capable of dealing with large quantities of data and numerical information. The ability to work as part of a team is very important in this role as well as being able to work on your own initiative. You will be a positive person with a drive to succeed and a logical thinker.
