Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a temporary position?
Do you have experience working within a fast-paced office with the ability to multi-task and deliver to a high standard whilst under pressure? Atlas Employment are delighted to be working with a long-standing client within Bicester, Oxfordshire! They are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individualwho has a passion for getting stuck into assisting a sales team to success.

What will I be doing as a Sales Administrator?

Reporting directly to the Sales Team Leader
Maintaining and recording sales leads onto Excel and CRM
Handling customer queries efficiently and effectively
Creating and sending quotations
Overseeing purchase orders
Co-ordinating with users regarding stock levels and stock maintenance
Directly assisting the sales co-ordinator with new sales enquires
Aiding in co-ordinating the sales team regarding production
Answering a busy telephone and replying to email within a timely fashion
Providing administrative support to the sales team and other departments when needed
