Social Media Advisor

SHIFT WORK | 7 DAYS A WEEK | CRAWLEY | UP TO £15PH
A travel company is looking for a Social Media Advisor to join their established team. This position, based in the heart of Crawley, will require you to have a robust work ethic, and the ability to work on a reactive basis as no day is the same.
Your tasks will include:
* Reacting to incoming queries from customers
* Responding to social media comments and complaints
* Assisting customers on the go in real time
* Keep on top of any changes made throughout the day
* Very fast paced environment
To be successful in this role you must:
* Have experience in customer service in a call centre environment
* Good English communication and grammar
* Be able to work on a reactive basis
* Works well as a team and individually
* Southern geography desired
* Attention to detail
* Be available immediately and happy to do shift work
