Customer Support Team - Call Advisor - Part Time

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you! Our Hailsham based Group 1 UK Customer Support Team is looking to recruit a new Call Advisor to work with our Barons and Chandlers BMW and MINI, Think Ford, and Beadles Jaguar Land Rover, KIA, Toyota, and Vauxhall businesses.

About the position

The successful candidate for our Customer Support Team Call Advisor position will have previous experience in a similar role and proven customer service skills in the automotive, retail sales, or call centre environments.

You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with many exciting products and brands. A large part of the Customer Support Team Call Advisor position involves:

Maintain regular contact with our customers to advise them of key moments in their vehicle ownership, and introduce them to other offers that will be of interest to them via both telephone and online contact.
Accurately maintain and update the company's customer and vehicle CRM database.
Manage inbound and outbound calls on behalf of our BMW, MINI, Ford, and Jaguar Land Rover dealer partners.
Handle all customer contact to the high standard expected by Group 1 UK and our manufacturer partners.
Consistently deliver a high quality of aftersales booking and adherence to the processes required to enable business intelligence to be gathered.
Display of a consistently strong level of productivity within the role.
Maintain a high standard of current product, process, and system knowledge.
Adopting a sales approach regarding aftersales bookings and upsell.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Salary: Basic £12,292 to £15,953 OTE

Hours: Part Time Position - 30 hours per week (25 hours per week also available), worked between 07.30 - 20.00 Monday to Friday, and 0830 - 1700 Saturday.
