What you'll be doing
As a Land Manager, you will bring with you and be looking to further develop a strong network of proven land contacts that will enable you to use your expertise to secure land and development opportunities to achieve our performance targets and budget requirements.
This is a crucial role which requires the ability to source, negotiate and complete on various land purchases within sufficient time to meet the agreed company forecasts, helping us to meet our continued growth ambitions.
Sourcing new land, preparing site profitability statements, putting together development programmes, sales market research and acquisition build budgets will all be something you need to be conversant with.
You will have the ability to make quick decisions and respond confidently to changing situations. You will be an excellent communicator at all levels.
Skill and experience
* 3 years + experience in land acquisition within the residential property sector
* Adept, confident, clear communicator
* Proven negotiation skills
* Good knowledge of North London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire.
* Flexible approach with the ability to react to the needs of the business.
