Site Administrator- Northstowe- £12.50 PH

Our Client is a multinational construction and development company seeking Learning and Development Administrator to join their Successful Team based in Somerset. Being one of the largest construction companies in the world, this position is not one to be missed.

Your Role and Responsibilities Include:

* Recording the client's Monthly Waste Reports and sub-contractor Waste Transfer Notes onto
* Smartwaste
* Recording monthly water and electricity meter readings onto Smartwaste
* Complete monthly 'on-going review' on Smartwaste (SWMP)
* Monitoring, printing and updating drawing files from 4projects
* Setting up sub-contractor folders on 4projects
* Filing material and plant orders onto project drive/site files
* Raising site requisitions with Procurement as and when required
* Entering sub-contractor details onto Datascope system
* Updating/ensuring site notice board kept up to date
* Producing/laminating site posters, plans and documentation
* Collating and recording SUSA's onto Active APR system and site SUSA board
* Collating/sending documentation to Waterbeach Head Office on a weekly basis;
* delivery and hire tickets/mileage records/purchase card receipts/waste transfer notes
* Setting up and maintaining site folders both manual and on project drive
* Arranging delivery/collection of site items i.e. sanitary bins, water coolers as necessary
* Assisting site managers with inductions; filing, copying record sheets, CSCS cards etc.
* Requesting and arranging collection of site forms/logs/permits etc from Waterbeach
* Head Office as and when required i.e. permit forms, SUSA pads
* Prepare O&M manuals at end of project; liaise with project manager and
* subcontractors for relevant documentation and in accordance with Kier protocol
* Printing and collating progress reports for project managers
* Preparing project newsletters and arranging delivery
* Producing monthly site 'Safety Award Winners' poster
* Ensure visitor log book is available for visitors to site
* Arranging refreshments/lunches for site meetings as necessary
* Providing general administrative support to site team
