The Account Manager is responsible for the daily tasks surrounding their account and the associated end-to-end management. Responsible for ranging, pricing, promotions and communicating any product changes or promotions to the wider team. Managing the launch of new products, range changes and assisting the customers growth ensuring it is centred around customer-focused insights regarding the product and category.
Holding a key part of any projects involved with their account in order to deliver growth objectives set out by the Commercial Manager. They work closely with other departments in order to deliver projects in a timely manner and meet key objectives. Managing category performance by reviewing sales and waste.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Commercial Manager to deliver strategic plans alongside deliver market outperformance
* Deliver a customer-led approach to internal and external projects
* Maintain a strong promotional plan and prepare periodic review of customer and Hilton KPIs
* Support and deliver category review process to deliver insight to the customer
* Maintain and build strong relationships with the customer
* Working alongside the NPD team to ensure targeted innovation and EPD to align with consumer trends, and customer needs
* Deliver volume growth for the business in line with agreed budgets / joint business plans
* Volume analysis & forecasts
* Sales analysis
* Manage the development and execution of bi-annual range changes, seasonal periods e.g. xmas, bbq
* Generating reports
