Permanent, Full Time (39 hours per week)
Salary £30,591 - £33,650 per annum plus company vehicle

They currently have the following vacancy working within their Property Services Operations team.
The primary function of this role is to supervise trades staff providing direct service delivery across the operational area, and to manage trade staff to deliver the services required by residents.
The role is also responsible for ensuring key performance indicators are met, and that residents are satisfied with the service they receive. The ability to communicate to residents and deliver agreed targets in terms of quality, time and meeting regulatory and health & safety requirements of the trades team, is therefore key.
You should possess a valid CSCS card along with Asbestos Awareness and either a BTEC, HND/HNC or equivalent qualification, together with experience of organising and managing teams of trade staff, preferably within a social housing environment.
