Talent Acquisition Consultant - Apprentices

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be accountable for attracting, identifying, tracking and retaining candidates in designated regions across the UK.
Duties and Responsibilities
Driving candidate attraction, whilst minimising advertising costs where possible
Managing and minimising the length of time a position is open.
Working closely with the Professional Development Team to identify openings and progress of applicants
Liaising with the Professional Development Team and Bright Horizons Partner training providers regarding initial assessments
Tracking and distributing applications and resumes
Contacting Nurseries weekly to achieve an accurate understanding of current openings
Building and maintaining positive relationships with career service offices/ early childhood education faculty at targeted two and four year degree colleges, high schools and technical schools.
Acting as diversity champion and driving diversity recruitment efforts in your regions
Maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm for Bright Horizons Family Solutions, its mission, values and philosophy. Serving as professional ambassador of the company
Serving as local human resources support in areas of diversity, benefits, affirmative action, succession planning, and interview policy.
Recommended Education/ Experience/ Skills
Previous experience in recruitment (in house or through an agency). Experience of Apprenticeship recruitment would be advantageous.
Previous experience working within a fast paced environment, ideally with volume recruitment
Delivered consistently and prioritised workload to enable the business SLA to be adhered to
Knowledge of pre-employment check and compliance
Interpersonal and influencing skills
Handle multiple task simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines
Because of the nature of this job, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken.
