Main Duties of a Support Worker
Provide full personal care and Moving and Handling
Good written and verbal social skills
Support with domestic duties and food preparation
Person centred care
Supporting resident on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis
Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
Daily duties for a Support Worker will include:
Provide/ support full personal care and Moving and Handling
Participate in day to day activities
Building and maintaining positive business relationships
Following care plans
Participating with team meeting
