Customer Support Coordinator (Cambridge)

As a key member of the Customer Support team, you will take responsibility for coordinating issues within the team and externally with customers.
Provide high quality support to our customers, worldwide repair stations and strategic partners.
„Progress Customer Support general enquiries and update our Customer Support database
„Ensure that Customer Support issues are well managed and resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the business and our customers.
„Distribute Customer satisfaction surveys and analyse results.
„Control and distribute Customer Support documentation.
„Assist with Customer Support projects.
„Liaise with Customers to collate data on product performance.
„Review and make improvements to existing processes updating company documentation as necessary
„Provide the out of hours AOG support on a rota basis
„Visit customers for reviews as required.
„There may be additional activities to perform from time to time in order to maximise the contribution to Ultra Electronics PCS goals and objectives
