The Role
CDK Global are looking for a Support Analyst to provide 1 st line software support to the customers of CDK Global, some of the biggest car brands and dealerships in the UK! You will take direct ownership of software related issues through our case management system and webchat. This may involve having to directly contact the customer should more information need to be gathered and handle their expectations through the process to case closure. When trying to troubleshoot issues, an analytical and technical approach may be required to minimise this re-arising. Our teams work in a collaborative and friendly environment working together across locations in order to get the best result.
Other duties include:
- Handling a range of technical cases of different complexities
- Guiding and advising other team members on issue and problem resolution
- Interpreting, debugging and isolating issues
- Documenting solutions and producing written mentorship on resolution steps / procedures
