Premier Accounts Coordinator - Dorking - Permanent - Full Time - £27,000 + Excellent Benefits

General Summary:

Purpose: The Premier Accounts Co-ordinator provides support to the Premier Accounts Manager for the development, support and implementation of the Premier programme and the retention of Premier clients.

Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for the timely production of Premier Plus reports for the Premier Accounts Manager.

Responsible for the timely production of a shared portfolio of Premier reports for the Sales Consultants.

Facilitates team cover for the dedicated Premier telephone helpline & logs usage to build an informative level of M.I.

Actively supports Financial Underwriting and Sales in the renewal process.

Undertakes comprehensive research on potential and existing large clients, including this in tenders and reports as appropriate.

Demonstrates a working knowledge of the client portfolio as required.

Works with the Premier Accounts Manager to tailor Premier presentations to meet the needs of the Customer.

Works in conjunction with the Premier Accounts Manager to co-ordinate effective communications between internal and external customers.

Co-ordinates Premier implementation processes to ensure the Customer has a smooth induction into the Premier programme and the Intermediary is satisfied with the Unum approach.

Co-ordinates all internal and external parties on the preparation and organisation of account meetings.

Produces and delivers all relevant Customer Premier Material including agendas, pre-reading and follow up material.

Analyses the progress of Premier within the Intermediary's portfolio and shares this information with the Business Partnership unit.

Obtains and incorporates any supporting and/or anecdotal information from across Unum departments to provide a full picture of the Unum relationship.

Participates in meetings when appropriate and presents own Premier material to Customers and Intermediaries to an agreed schedule with the Premier Accounts Manager.

Captures all Customer activity on internal CRM systems to ensure targets are met and an audit trail created.

Works alongside the Premier Accounts Manager to close any actions arising from Customer and Intermediary meetings.

Maintains up to date electronic files in the shared drive.

Supports the Premier Accounts Manager through the provision of in-box management and the co-ordination of Business Partner/Client queries through to resolution.

Contribute to the coordination and preparation of any new and existing business client pitches.

Supporting the sales regions and any other internal customers with technical knowledge and application of process and procedures relating to the Premier proposition.

Campaign Management: local and central campaigns are followed up and recorded on the activity tracker, utilises marketing initiatives and internal campaigns to ensure our intermediaries understand our proposition and any new developments.

Develop close relationships with other members of CSMT.

Ensures the continued protection of Unum's information, by following all applicable Information Security policies and procedures and by reporting suspected weaknesses in information security controls to the Information Security Officer.

Understand how Conduct Risk, GDPR, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) Risk Management and Solvency II systems of Governance relate to both the role and the divisional activities and highlight any opportunities for improvement.
