We are looking to add to the group of experienced, qualified freelance lawyers who work with us to support our ever increasing and diverse workload in the key areas below; Corporate - corporate projects, corporate transactions, real estate, digital economy / TMT Disputes - general commercial litigation, banking & finance litigation & investigations, arbitration Finance -general banking, financial services regulatory, restructuring and special situations, securities & derivatives You can expect to be involved in tasks such as; * Drafting of legal documents and agreements; * Review of legal documents and agreements * Contributing to department know-how; * Advising clients and preparing formal legal opinions; * Leading negotiations with counter parts; Essential skills & experience * Post qualification experience from a leading law firm, or corporate business * A team-player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels * Client facing experience and the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs * A commercial approach
