Job Summary:

Prepares hot and cold food items according to standard operating procedures. Performs prep work and delivers finished food product.

Job Duties:

  1. Prepares hot and cold food according to standard operating procedures and food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  2. Assists with setup, prep work, and delivery of food products.
  3. Organizes cooler and storage area.
  4. Maintains cleanliness and order of kitchen equipment and assigned work station.


  1. Proven experience as a cook.
  2. Experience using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware.
  3. Knowledge of various procedures and methods.
  4. Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
  5. Must pass Cook test.
  6. On feet or standing 100% of time.
  7. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
  8. Exposure to varied temperatures between freezers and hot line equipment.
