We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Team Leader to join our team in Redhill, ensuring the delivery of efficient and focused customer service. This will mean you will deliver the highest levels of customer care, by maximising relationships with our customers and ensuring that customer complaints are resolved quickly and effectively. Further to this you will take responsibility for staff motivation, development, performance management.


We're looking for someone with previous experience in a contact centre environment, with a proven track record of coaching, training and developing others, along with relevant management and business experience.
