We are a growing family owned company producing irrigation systems based in Southwater, Horsham, currently looking for a permanent, part time Admin Assistant. Hours are 10am until 2pm Monday to Friday.
Office duties will include: Raising invoices, credit control, Sage or Xero training/experience would be an advantage. Assisting with stock control and ordering stock. Answering the phone to customers, taking customer's orders and any messages and processing customer's debit card payments. Other duties as required.
Must be organised, self motivated, friendly and have good customer service skills.
