Customer Service and Sales Executive

£21,000 Plus Bonus & Benefits

Oak Furniture Land launched its first US online retail website in 2016. This year we are set to open the doors to our very first store in the US in Boston which is Massachusetts largest and capital city!

This role will combine both our sales and customer service functions to ensure our US customers receive the same great and consistent service that we are recognised for here in the UK.

WHAT YOU WILL DO……just a taste of the job on offer!

70% of your call will be warm ones, meaning the customers are either wanting to discuss an existing order, complete an order online or start the process. This makes your job much easier and gives you the opportunity to upsell services and care packages.
You will work to personal and team targets, be resilient and push through anything that lands on your plate. You will be joining like minded people who enjoy their work and enjoy the MONEY and UNCAPPED COMMISSION on offer.

Key responsibilities & tasks

- Answering all inbound phone calls with a positive and engaging manner.
- Converting initial enquires into sales by listening to our customer's wants and needs and selling them best suited products.
- Communicating with existing customers, ensuring they are aware of all bespoke services and products that we offer
- Managing individual diaries to follow up on potential leads
- You will be responsible for delivering world class customer service, ensuring the customer is the focus of everything we do while keeping in line with the core business ethos
- You will be the first response team when/if an issue occurs with an order, E.G Failed deliveries, incomplete orders, incorrect details, 3rd party delays etc.

Experience required

- Proven sales/customer service track record
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to actively listen
- Proven written and verbal skills

Hours: 40 hours per week, working any 5 of 7 days - There will be three shift patterns within the hours of 3pm until 2am.

As a Customer Service and Sales Executive, you will have to be 18 years old or more as we offer financial products.
