As the appointed Training Manager, you will work across various departments and will play a key role in identify training and developmental needs across the business, with a key focus on driving company productivity and employee retention.
Responsibilities Will Include:
Overseeing the training department and managing team performance
Rolling out training courses and inductions to staff at all levels, including shop floor staff
Identifying training and developmental needs across departments
Developing training resources, tools, processes and facilities
Reporting the effectiveness of training plans and monitoring results
Managing departmental budget and maintaining training delivery records
Ensuring the compliance of all staff and company policies are met at all times
