Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst you will play a key role in the IT organisation and works closely with the IT Leadership and many key business partners to ensure delivery of great solutions.
The role of an IT Business Analyst (IT BA) within this company is critical to defining the right requirements to find the right solutions. The IT BA is expected to influence and challenge the business to elicit clear requirements by building up sound business relationships across the business at all levels.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrable experience of being involved in large projects or will be involved in system enhancement projects and production support requests for the core policy system running across the EMEA region. Our client is looking for four years experience within Business Analysis as a minimum requirement for this role.
You will be responsible for the capturing and maturing of the business requirements for the small change and larger enhancements.
Liaison among key stakeholders, including other IT Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, Technical Analysts, business clients and third party on/offshore IT providers is essential for this role as well as being a strong communicator with an ability to push back to senior stakeholders when necessary.
