My Client is a highly dynamic and successful computer reseller and consultancy providing leading best of breed IT hardware, software, networking and peripheral products who are seeking an enthusiastic Junior 1st Line Support Help Desk Engineer with 6 months + Commercial experience or have just finished an apprenticeship. You will receive excellent training and also benefit from great career prospects.

YOU MUST have Excellent communication skills!

You will have exposure to a mixture Windows, Active Directory, Password resets, resolving hardware problems, Printer issues, Remote Access software, call logging software as well as some exposure to a few othe following:

  • Office 365 support
  • Windows support
  • AD
  • Azure
  • IT Hardware
  • Basic Networking

You must have excellent communication skills, be polite/personable, enthusiastic and strive succeed. Attention to detail is a must.
