Service Portfolio Management Analyst - HYBRID WORKING

We have one of our biggest customers looking for an experienced Service Portfolio Management Analyst - HYBRID WORKING.

Job Purpose

The Service Design & Portfolio Quality Team is part of the Service Portfolio Management department. The department develops, collects and shares the standard for service design and ensures management and governance of the Service Portfolio in strong collaboration with Service Managers, Process Managers, other customer Branches and Senior management.

The successful candidate will work as part of a Global team ensuring Service Portfolio Management and Service Design processes are aligned and integrated with Global processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct responsibility including the execution and steering of service design activities with Global and Local Service Owners to track, validate, and complete Service Design Criteria
  • Oversee management of project requirements for the harmonization and transformation of services and evaluate potential for migration to Share Services
  • Working with Local Capability Owners to define and maintain local requirements for Service Design
  • Working with the Global Service Design team to maintain a consistent Service Design process that reflects the needs of the branch
  • Perform regular reviews and governance of services to ensure alignment with service delivery strategy and requirements
  • Supporting the Demand Management process for service portfolio management
  • Coordinating and facilitating the Service Design and Review meetings
  • In collaboration with the Services Owners, drive continuous Improvement to Service Design Process and services

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Experience working in project/service management
  • Experience and sound understanding of working in project/service management environment
  • Able to align priorities and actions with strategic goals and priorities.
  • Strong ability and experience in Problem Solving & Analysis
  • Effective Communicator
  • Ability to prepares and deliver strategy-focused proposals and presentations.
  • Ability to develop, maintain and improve processes and procedures for a cross-functional area and be able to develop and monitor performance metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
