Talent Development Manager

I am recruiting for a Digital Capability/Talent Development Manager to work on a hybrid basis - 2 days in Manchester, 3 days remote.
The role falls inside IR35 so you will have to work through an umbrella company.
You must have strong experience of Talent Development - not recruitment/acquisition.
You will have experience creating and delivering various talent development schemes such as internships, training programmed etc. Evidence of scoping and delivering a range of talent initiatives is also essential.
I am looking for someone with deep expertise as a learning and talent development specialist to help review, scope and make clear recommendations on the design and delivery of impactful, inclusive and innovative talent programmes to build capability.
You will work with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide options and the right advice on how best to meet their requirements. Options could include enhancing and increasing the volume or breadth of existing initiatives or creating new ones - your recommendations should be based on clear research and evidence and show how to practically implement with the resources available.
The role may also involve some set up and implementation of initiatives or pilots.
You must have proven solid experience of working in a capability-build environment with significant expertise in scoping, developing, reviewing and executing talent, learning and development programmes. This may include returnships, training schemes, apprenticeships, internships, mentoring, diversity programmes and/or high potential initiatives.
You must have experience of setting up and/or delivering diversity initiatives.
