Service Coordinator: Vendor Management - Hybrid - London

Our client, a globally trusted company assists with the navigation of the ever-changing FX marketplace to reduce risk and create efficiency with their extensive network and deep market intelligence, is looking for a Service Coordinator. Their extensive network and market knowledge assist their specialists to lead the development of standardized solutions to real market problems with their innovative, forward-looking products to improve the trading process faster, easier, safer, and more cost-effective - empowering their client's success. The level of the Service Coordinator is flexible, but coordinate vendor service management, ITSM tolling and governance, and service management framework experience would be ideal.

As the Service Coordinator, you will coordinate vendor service management reviews with the relevant Service Manager and provide high quality typing, document production and diary management services. You as the Service Coordinator will need to follow a documented Change Management script review low risk, non-disruptive change requests ensuring the change process is adhered to. As the Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the ITSM Governance structure is appropriately aligned to support both the existing portfolio and delivery of the corporate strategy.

You as the Service Coordinator will need to ensure IT Services are appropriately governed and managed through the control and oversight of relevant service management processes and procedures. As the Service Coordinator, you will produce management information to accurately represent performance of work-stream delivery and services provided to the business.

Requirements:

  • Min of 2+ years of experience as a Service Coordinator: Vendor Management within an Investment Financial services/Technology industry.

Working knowledge or experience in the following:

  • Service Management or Service Level Reporting, or Technical Administration experience
  • ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow, Remedy, etc
  • Regulated working environment experience
  • Working with internal and external suppliers, partners, and key vendors
  • Reporting writing and presenting

Note. The level is slightly flexible so if you're slightly less or more experienced as a Service Coordinator please do reach out.

Salary - up to £45 000 + up to £5 000 bonus.

Location - London - Hybrid, negotiable (2-3 days/week in office).

Duration - Permanent.
