Your Potential Role
IT Support Engineer, Louth, from £16.23 per hour, 3 days
. 21st November: 9am - 5:30pm
. 22nd November: 9am - 1 pm
. 23rd November: 9am - 1pm
We are looking to recruit a Customer Engineer for our growing team that will provide effective and efficient support to our clients.
With highly developed interpersonal skills, you'll have the ability to engage with customers and ensure that you provide a consistent positive customer experience. In addition, you'll have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and will be an enthusiastic and supportive colleague in an often-pressurised environment.
"Re-Install - Ground Floor - 1 x Private Room, 2 x Counters, 1 x Admin Desk & 1 x ID Scanner Re-Install -
First Floor - 2 x Private Rooms Ensure all positions & workstations in the branch are connected & configured.
All the re-install kit will be WIN10 branch refresh hardware - Laptops, docking stations etc."
Staff Support Day - Ensure branch manager signs off all positions as configured and working.
Floor walking required day after full reinstall completed to check each position is working and has been fully tested by branch staff.
Branch manager to sign off to confirm branch is fully operational
