A Second Line Support Analyst is required by a global leading logistics organisation in order to support end users, monitor IT systems and resolve technical issues.

As Second Line Support Analyst, your role will consist of ensuring SLAs are met, taking responsibility for assigned calls and providing regular updates. Ensuring the set up and deployment of hardware/software is in line with policies

The ideal Second Line Support Analyst will:

  • Have minimum 12 months experience
  • Be able to provide technical support for Outlook/Teams
  • Have experience in setting up, installing, deploying, upgrading both hardware and software
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Have strong communication skills
