Senior UX Designer
Up to £110k + Equity - Remote
We are partnered with an innovative company who are launching an online checkout alternative to the likes of PayPal, Klarna and Apple Pay and have just received one of the biggest pre-seed funding rounds in European history (£23mil)
They are looking to disrupt an industry that has overcharged customers for years by promising customers cash back on purchases they make through the application. On the brand side, they partner closely with businesses with the promise of increasing their sales receiving a commission which is also shared with the customer. With the launch of the app imminent they are already proving popular, they currently have 300 merchants signed up!
The main benefit of them is that they save merchants thousands of pounds by cutting out the financial middlemen payments processors (such as Visa or Mastercard), who often charge up to 5% on top of every transaction! They also release funds in a lump-sum to merchants each day which is hugely beneficial to businesses when managing their cash flow.
Having recently received funding, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to raise the quality bar and identify any opportunities for improvement or exciting new enhancements to be added. You will work closely with the both the Head of UX and the CEO and play a key role in working through the design problems and work with the wider team to ensure the user needs are met.
So what's in it for you ?
- Salary up to £110,000 + stocks: each new employee will receive 25% of their salary as equity and our client is EMEI registered so at point of sale of shares every employee will only pay 10% tax on the first £1m of their value.
- Lots of opportunities for career progression, you will work closely and have great visibility to the CEO.
If this is a role you'd like to hear more about, I'd love to hear from you.
