I am hiring 2x positions for a 2nd Line Desk side & Technology Support Analyst contract role in Bristol.

The Desk Side and Technology Support Analyst is responsible for the resolution of all 2nd Line incident and service requests within the region. They will have a good understanding of technology and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

The General troubleshooting of the desktop computing environment.

Managing of incidents/requests according to defined SLAs with an 100% adherence to RFS & INC best practice guidelines.

Supporting the set-up of new offices, sites or projects across the local region

The ability to deliver training to audiences across the local region

Requirements

Considerable experience of IT Service Management Principles and processes.

Experience of working to (and exceeding) Service Level Agreements.

Broad technical knowledge of IS Services.

Knowledge of database/excel structures/tables/configurations.

A valid driving licence is a must as travel is expected.

Experience in Office 365 and Azure

Qualifications

Certification from Microsoft

ITIL V3/4 Foundation Qualification

Working knowledge of Service Now

Must be SC/DV cleared.
