Raeburn have an exciting staff opportunity for a Business Development / Sales Manager with our client based North of Aberdeen.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Delivery of new business through existing client account development, capture of new clients and identification of appropriate market/service extensions.

Delivery of sales revenues in line with targets set out in the operational budget.

Part of the senior management team responsible for developing and improving the business in line with company objectives and strategic plans.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

§Planning, organising and managing all sales and business development activities and resources.

§Development, maintenance and progression of the sales pipeline to deliver the sales growth and EBITDA objectives of the business.

§Leading all tender and bid activity - liaising with Technical, Operations, Commercial and Finance terms as appropriate.

§Devising client specific UK and International sales targets and plan In line with the business goals.

§Company lead for customer introductions and ensuring client relationships are managed and maintained.

§Developing strategic sell approach for growing key existing accounts and key target accounts. Producing pursuit plan and lead sales resources to support the execution.

§Leading weekly/monthly sales meetings to ensure the delivery of short term and long term sales targets.

§Compilation of monthly management report and compilation and delivery of sales KPIs

§Developing marketing and promotional plans including client events, entertainment and exhibitions.

§Leadership, management and mentoring of team members.

§Proactive collection and reporting of market data and competitor intelligence on all appropriate services, products, customers etc.

§Regular Business development updates to the COO and CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

At least 2 years proven BD and Sales experience

Willing to travel overseas
