Robot Maintenance Engineer

They are looking for a Robot Maintenance Engineer who shares their passion for science and has the drive and determination to meet the needs of patients worldwide.
Key Accountabilities & Deliverables:
? Ensure prompt, flexible, customer focused specialist engineering support whilst maintaining compliance with statutory, regulatory and engineering standards
? Diagnose faults on complex equipment and systems
? Plan & carry out engineering maintenance and commissioning work associated with scientific equipment and systems
? Manage the availability of essential spares to support the range of equipment and systems used within the R&D facilities in a cost-effective manner
? Act as an ambassador, ensuring a first-class service is delivered at all times
? To take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and of other persons who could be affected by their acts or omissions
? Ensure that a full and detailed task specific Risk Assessment/Method Statement is completed prior to any work commencing
? To co-operate and assist in all aspects of health and safety procedures introduced by management for their well-being
? To follow safe working procedures when handling, storing, using or transporting any COSHH controlled items
The successful candidate will have a strong Robot understanding with PLC knowledge. Core hours are 8am - 4pm, working from Monday to Friday. The role is commutable from Macclesfield, Stockport, Buxton and Knutsford.
