Title : Investment Banking Associate - Generalist

They are currently looking to add an Associate investment banking professional to their team in their Detroit office . This position will offer exposure to a variety of different sectors, as well as the opportunity to develop a deep industry expertise by learning from the very best.

The role will involve the following:

• Preparing and delivering presentation materials

• Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses

• Client facing responsibilities

• Leading and training teams of analysts

• Transaction execution management

• Working on lean deal teams to maintain client relations and building M&A product expertise

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years of M&A transaction experience

• Strong technical skills

• Ties to the Michigan region

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & PowerPoint

• Team player and a self-starter

• Strong communication skills and able to work with tight deadlines
