We are looking to recruit an experienced Operational Support Manager to ensure operational requirements and service level agreements are met through all aspects of the contract. The ideal candidate will have a background of management and customer service experience and a thorough understanding of contract processes. They should be an operationally minded individual and able to prioritise the requirements of the client/ company and contract.

What you'll do

Assist the Contract Manager in the delivery of the contract with operational responsibility
Monitor budget and contract spend, ensuring effective cost control
Ensure overall client satisfaction and attend client meetings
Reporting on Key Performance Indicators
Set objectives, conduct appraisals and identifying training needs for operational staff
Identify and assist in the development of new business within the contract
Management of all equipment

What you'll bring
3 years minimum management experience/ Team Manager or equivalent level
Excellent people management skills including coaching, training and recruiting
Worked within a client facing role with good commercial acumen
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Experience of implementing effective cost control and understanding of budgets
Experience of monitoring KPIs and preparation of reports
Full, clean driving licence
