An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented lawyer who has a solid background in residential conveyancing to join our client's thriving practice located in the High Wycombe area of Buckinghamshire. The successful applicant shall undertake a rewarding caseload consisting of residential conveyancing matters.
• Buying and selling residential properties
• Re-mortgages and mortgages
• Drafting and granting new leases
• Transfers of equity
• Title deeds
• Freehold and leasehold properties
• Property disputes
• Auction sales
• Obtaining Land Registry documents
• Submitting and reviewing searches
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Exceeding the firms' set billing targets
• Participating in business development and marketing activities
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors, licensed conveyancers and legal executives with a minimum of five years' PQE
• Strong expertise in residential property law is essential for this role
• Be highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines
• Excel in communication with clients both verbally and written
• Be a strong team player with the ability to work efficiently under your own initiative
