LIVE∙WORK∙SUPPORT

The ongoing support teams are locality based and offer social work and occupational therapy services to those who require longer term social care support. Working with individuals and communities to promote resilience, independence and wellbeing.

About the role

As a social worker, you will hold a caseload of work and use person centred practice principles to assess, support plan and review with the aim of promoting well-being and positive risk taking.

About you

Registered with HCPC as a social worker you will have successfully completed your post qualifying Assessed and Supported Year in Employment and we will provide you with access to regular and focused supervision and continuing professional development in order to support you in your role.

Interviews will take place on 15th February 2019.
