Quality Manager (Leeds) - £ negotiable
Our client is a well-established engineering company based in Leeds. They are looking to recruit a Quality Manager as the current Manager is retiring soon. They manufacture precision components for medical and oil industries.
The company have been operating for 30 years and are leaders in their field. They are conscious of looking after the future of Manufacturing and aim to take on trainees every year to ensure the next generation of engineers.
The current Quality Manager is due to retire and so they are looking to bring on his replacement and ensure a smooth handover period. They are looking for somebody who wants to build a long-term career with them and contribute to their future success. You will have experience as a Quality Manager in a similar field.
- Working knowledge of ISO 13485
- Degree or HNC
- Manufacturing/Engineering background
- Customer facing
- Auditing experience
- 5 direct reports
- Managing the QMS (9001 and 13485)
- Managing customer complaints
- Work with external HSE partner to implement policies and legislation
