Corporate Services provides a robust portfolio of global services utilized daily across the firm to enable productivity, efficiency, safety, optimized business models and an enhanced employee experience in the workplace. We have over 5,000 staff managing a multi-billion dollar scope of services including Real Estate and Location Strategy; Real Estate Portfolio and Transaction Management; Property Management; Corporate Travel; Corporate Security & Investigations; Corporate Information Management; and Regional Client Services; and Office of the COO.

Corporate Information Management ("CIM") oversees the information lifecycle from information discovery to creative design, presentation and output, distribution, storage and retention. Our Global Creative Studios reside within CIM, and are located in three international hubs (NY, London and Tokyo) with offshore and local representation in 10+ major markets. Together, these teams deliver an integrated suite of services including graphic design, digital, presentations and multimedia to clients around the world.

Job Summary
This newly-created position reports to the Global Head of Client Services, and is an exciting opportunity to help optimize global creative operations, collaboration and client reporting as part of our Creative Acceleration initiative. You will own this transformation from end-to-end, liaising with the operations and creative leads from each of the Global Creative Studios to develop a deep understanding of their operations and business drivers.

Through discovery, analysis and design sessions, you will help structure, streamline and track their creative workflow processes to ensure we are fully leveraging our 24/7 global creative production processes. Success in this role requires an empathetic approach to problem solving built on excellent relationship and facilitation skills, paired with the creativity and technical expertise to drive behavioral change.

Primary Responsibilities
Creative Acceleration initiative, including:
- Developing key objectives in partnership with Global Creative Studios leadership
- Streamlining and unifying workflows within the various Studios (in partnership with creative and operations leads)
- Identifying opportunities for closer collaboration between the studios and across regions
- Ensuring operations and creative leads from the Studios are implementing optimized processes.
- Coordinating and facilitating working group meetings including post-meeting actions and follow-ups
- Reporting on status of initiative, maintaining project plans and preparing materials for leadership meetings.
Workflow technology optimization, including:
- Managing workflow configuration in workflow tools (in partnership with technology project manager and Studio operations leads)
- Ensuring data streams in workflow tool enable self-service delivery of client reports
- Identifying opportunities for closer collaboration between the studios and across regions.

Client reporting work streams, including:
- Developing unified dashboards for Studios (in partnership with creative and operations leads), factoring in necessary regional requirements
- Assisting the Studio operations leads with creation of client reports (as needed) and extraction of key insights
- Identifying new areas of data exploration to facilitate enhanced client conversations tied to business drivers.


Education & Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of creative ops and creative services experience at global brand, consulting or creative agency
- Advanced understanding of creative disciplines and creative development processes
- Demonstrated success in multi-tasking and delivering viable solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in global, matrixed organizations
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and familiarity with creative workflow tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Trello, SharePoint, Basecamp, etc.)
