Infrastructure Consultant

Infrastructure Consultant - Milton Keynes - 45k + 6k car allowance

• Delivery of technical design, implementation and consultancy for IT projects and solutions
• Create project documentation, including scope of works, design/build, planning, handover documents and progress reports
• Work with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support
• Recommend changes in performance tuning, infrastructure design and monitoring for clients
• Ensure regular progress reports are created and distributed to key stakeholders
• Assist with the handover of new client IT systems and services to the service desk
• Undertake personal, technical training and development
• Provide technical support assistance to the 3 rd line team

• Extensive experience in the design and delivery of projects across the Microsoft stack, specifically cloud based producsts such as o365, Exchange, Azure etc
• Industry recognised accreditations such as Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA and VMware VCP
