Within this businesses specialist arm which focusses on principal contracting projects you will be responsible for delivering the operational and commercial success of a variety of works ranging from £10k-£10mil in value.
As a Project Manager for this Main Build Contractor you will be responsible for delivering Projects effectively, managing all aspects from safety to productivity and profitability. You will do this by effectively managing specialist subcontractors, labour, plant and materials ensuring that Projects are successful and in keeping the commitment to quality that resonates with the brand. You will be proficient in reporting processes incorporating monthly reports as well as progress updates to your day to day management tasks. In addition, it is important that you are financially aware keeping control of costs and budgets alike. You will also be expected to base yourself from the head office in Stirling as and when required.
Ideally you will have gained the above experiences working on not only Main Build projects but also working with multi-disciplined teams, perhaps you are currently working for a main contracting our fit-out contracting business and are looking for the next challenge in your career with a business that can offer long term continuity of work.
In return, an annual salary from £45k-£55k per annum is on offer as well as a competitive car allowance and pension contributory package.
