- Solution Selling-identifying, qualifying and marketing to financial institutions (Commercial Banks, Community Banks and Credit Unions)
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to onboarding
- Develop and generate new business, explain products, close deals and negotiate contracts.
- Candidates must have proven success selling the following solutions: credit and interest rate risk management, liquidity risk management, capital stress testing, valuations for hard to value structured products, model validation, current expected credit loss analysis, bank deposit analysis and pricing.
- Candidate must have proven success selling asset/liability management and balance sheet management solutions to mid-tier commercial banks ($5-$50 Billion in assets and community banks with assets greater than $1 Billion
- Candidate must have proven success as a quota driven risk solutions consultative sales person
- Candidate must have proven success identifying prospective clients, developing relationships with major decision makers, managing all aspects of the sales process [technical requirements, presentations, demos] and closing the business.
- Candidate must be skilled in developing, assessing, interpreting, explaining products, closing deals and negotiating contracts.
- Candidate must have knowledge of the current regulatory and accounting issues that will impact commercial banks and credit unions
- Candidate must have experience with CRM software applications: (Salesforce)
