Due to company growth we have a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company as a Customer Account Manager on the outskirts of Colchester

Job purpose:

Responsible for managing their own client accounts ensuring client portfolios are managed efficiently and professionally.
The client account manager is required to build and maintain good client relationships working directly with them, contractors and insurance companies, keeping the clients fully informed by entering live data to an internal database.

If you have worked within property or block management this would be an added advantage or dealt with breakdowns and call outs

Key responsibilities and accountabilities :

* Use of a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, internal database systems, external client and service provider portals
* Establish client requirements
* Collate and organise client portfolios
* Review and monitor all documentation for validity and compliance including inspection reports, service and callout reports, quotations and invoices
* Check all communications are correct and working efficiently
* Log and track jobs on behalf of the client, responding to and following up enquiries by telephone, email and post
* Prepare and issue reports to clients and contractors and assess performance
* Attend training & team meetings to develop relevant knowledge and skills
* Provide support to other team members where required

You must have

Excellent customer service skills

Hours Monday to Friday 37 .5 hours per week
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
