Are you an experienced and established Project manager experienced in delivering high spec new build housing schemes?
Are you looking to lead a strong site team working on projects up to £10million?
The successful candidate will have site management working as number1 onsite from a Residential or Commercial build background?
The successful candidate will:
* Manage the programme and control the project going the extra mile when required
* Strong commercial skills working with QS team
* Strong build background / trades or academic
In return, you will be working with a great team of construction professionals working with a reputable contractor with a strong order book and client base who provide repeat business on projects across the North West.
