  • Identify new business opportunities, including projects, outside of our current clients
  • Develop and maintain prospect list/database, prioritize leads, make warm calls and share information and background on prospective clients
  • Create and execute marketing programs for Health to increase awareness of offerings and key differentiators from our competition
  • Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors to strategically drive new business leads and opportunities
  • Identify and present Health value proposition, including opportunities for strategic partnerships within the broader network
  • Organize and lead the RFP process, meetings, presentations, internally and externally
  • Provide strong leadership and collaboration with large fully integrated teams in order to participate in the pitch deck creation process, including cross-office efforts
  • Build Health presentations for use with client prospects. Lead development of a library of agency business development assets, capabilities and key case studies
  • Attend networking events, including conferences and trade shows
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 15+ years' progressive business development experience in pharmaceutical advertising industry
  • Business growth experience in a competitive business climate
  • Established contacts in major pharmaceutical organizations
  • Professional presentation skills and ability to network with executive and senior leadership
  • Dynamic and highly self-motivated individual
  • Ability to travel (trade shows, team meetings, etc.)
