As a recruitment consultant, you will support education professionals such as teachers and classroom support staff in finding the perfect roles for them on a temporary and permanent basis. Your responsibilities will include: -Providing a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates in a competitive market. -To understand the needs of schools and candidates and to confidently sell the right recruitment solutions based on their specific needs. -The ability to collaborate well with colleagues, particularly in a fast-paced environment -Confidently excelling at both face-to-face meetings and relationship building on the telephone with a range of key education decision makers. -Resourcing exceptional staff and conducting interviews. In order to be a successful Education Recruitment Consultant, you will need to display a resilient, hardworking and energetic personality. It is a very competitive market - so a desire to be the best at what you do is essential. A full UK driving licence will also be essential for the role. Hours are 7.30am -5.30pm during term time and reduced to 9am - 4pm during school holidays. Annual leave to be taken during school holidays. Realistic OTE YR 1 =25-30k, YR 2 = 30-35k, YR 3 = 40k +.
