Delivery partner role based in west London. the project comprises the managment, coordination and delivery of a Development Consent Order (DCO) application for the expansion of Heathrow which is classified as a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project.
This role performs a full rage of clerical, secretarial and administravie duties, all in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Duties requre accuracy, judgement, initiative, discretion and flexibility under the direction of the Project Management Office Lead. Provides support to all members of the project team. May work with confidential information. May be required to anticipate changing priorities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform variety of administrative/ clerical duties of either a general or a specialised nature
- Review incoming communications, work orders and sevice requests for subject matter content and route to appropriate person
- As agreed to and determined by management compose routine coreespondence in response to standard requests and answer inquiries from other groups.
- Attend meetings and capture discussion items and/or actions and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist in preparation of presentations using MS Office
- Type and proofread standard forms, correspondene, reports, etc.
- Assemble, copy and distribute documentation packages and prepare reocrds for archiving
Skills & Experiences
- Ability to operate standard office equipments
- Indepandent decision making
- Experience in extracting, compliling and assembling data for the preperation of reports
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Effective communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills required
