Summary:

To perform the coordination, administration and monitoring ofassigned contracts and customer orders and agreements includinginterfacing with internal functional departments and gathering data;enter Sales Orders (SO) into the company's Enterprise-wide systemsuch as SAP, including Return Material Authorization (RMA),Calibration and Environmental orders; processing of contracts inaccordance with the Purchase Order Acceptance Process (POAP) andmaintain order entry filing system and databases.

Key Responsibilities:
Provides sound contractual guidance and transfers confidenceto other members of Contracts, Compliance and Legal wherenecessary.Negotiates and administers customer contracts and relatedauxiliary agreements and guides and coordinates contractsprofessionals, where applicable, on such activities.Represents the Company independently or as part of a team onroutine, complex, high-risk and/or large-scale customer andsupply chain transactions.Provides substantive contracts advice and support to BusinessArea leads and Supply Chain leaders, as needed.Fosters and maintains a sound and reliable relationship withcounterparts in internal and external customer organizations.Shares subject matter knowledge to train Business Area crossfunctional staff on contract issues to raise contractingawareness, as needed.As a member of the CAES Contracts team and broader FCCL(Finance, Contracts, Compliance, Legal) team, assists withdevelopment and implementation of functional strategy anddeliverables.Participates in and, when requested, leads special projects orimprovement initiatives as designated by senior leaders withinFCCL. Performs other duties and responsibilities related tocontracting, as required.Qualifications and Experience:
Experience negotiating and advising on major customercontracts, supply chain, and indirect spend procurements.Demonstrated ability to achieve positive results throughinfluence, negotiation and change management. Ability to develop sound relationships in internal andexternal customer organizations. Works well independently with minimal supervision.Effective communicator both orally and in writing.Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical,reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage time and competing priorities, includinghandling several assignments concurrently.Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and documentationdatabasesStrong understanding of contract terms and conditions, FAR,DFARS, and risk mitigation strategies. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government securityclearance.At least six (6) to eight (8) years' experience in governmentand commercial contracting.Desired Qualifications:
Advanced degree and/or additional contracts managementexperience Experience in the aerospace and defense industryEducational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.Security:
All applicants must be a U.S Citizen or U.S Person as defined byITAR (a lawful permanent resident or someone who is a protectedindividual as defined by 8 U.S.C.1324b(a)(3)). In order to beeligible for positions requiring a Security Clearance, you must be aUS Citizen.
