Working in partnership with a leading organisation The Bridge are looking to recruit a Customer Support Executive.
This is a great opportunity to work with an award winning technology organisation based near Oxford; you will act as the first point of contact for their customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to queries by phone, email, twitter and online chat
* Manage enquiries in an efficient and timely manner
* Provide telephone based training
* Identify and escalate high risk cases
Skills and Knowledge:
* You'll need to be technology savvy
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Organised and efficient
* Able to work well in a team and build rapport with customers
