Temp to Perm



Hours of Work : 8.30am till 4.45pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday with half an hour lunch.

My client is looking to recruit an Technical Support Advisor on a temp to perm basis.

The role is part time working 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays between the hours of 8.30am till 4.45pm with half an hour lunch.

Job Summary

The department provides end user support.

You will be expected to learn detailed functionality for a range of products and assist customers with any issues / questions.

Customer contact will be primarily by telephone, but will also cover other areas. ie email, Social media etc.

Experience Required

Confident and clear telephone manner

Previous supervisory experience essential

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email

Good data entry skills

Good understanding of modern technology

Qualifications Required

Good standard of general education

A Customer Services qualification would be preferred but is not essential.
