Due to our significant and continued expansion we are looking for an Administrator at our Central Distribution facility in Kettering:
Salary : £17,500 plus bonus
To provide an efficient, effective administration service to assist their Line Manager.
To work with a small friendly team to provide efficient, effective support to our reigional centres.
Liaise with transport companies for incoming deliveries
Liaise and chase suppliers to maintain good levels of stock
Assist with booking in onto our 2 systems and ensuring both systems match
Assist with transfers onto our computer system
Raise manifests and associated paperwork for all items leaving the building
Maintain a collection and redelivery service to the Regions
Be responsible for incoming/outgoing post and date stamp
Provide an excellent standard of customer care and service
Effectively communicate with customers and co-operate with other members of the team
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
Very well organised with excellent administrative skills
Strong team player
Excellent communication skills
You should have at least 5 GCSEs Grade C or above, including Maths & English or equivalent.
Candidates will have the ability to multi task.
