Leading an HR team, this is a great opportunity for a pragmatic HR professional to partner with & support key operating areas of the business.

Operating in an HR business partner capacity, you will play a pivotal part of a focused team and join the business as they continue to embrace plans for future growth & performance.
Working closely with managers, you'll hit the ground running to get a strong appreciation of business operations; to help deliver a best practice HR service and help underpin performance.
Adept in operating as a true HR business partner, key elements of the role will focus on your ability to operate as a change agent capacity, challenging the status quo and implementing added value HR initiatives especially around engagement and performance.
You will use your extensive HR toolkit to implement pragmatic HR solutions through an HR team. In addition, your highly honed coaching & stakeholder management skills will be vital to build credible relationships across the business in order to influence and facilitate change. A proven track record of operating as a true HR business partner from within a highly commercial, complex environment is essential to succeed in this role.
