Our client is one of the largest international charities working to promote and deliver philanthropy and social investment, supporting growth in the charitable sector, and they are currently looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their marketing department. The overall purpose of this role is to support the Marketing Manager to deliver online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring everything is delivered on time and within budget. Day to day duties will include writing and proofreading product and marketing materials, creating engaging content for all marketing channels, and managing the organisation's social media. The successful candidate will produce quarterly newsletters, assist with events, produce monthly reports and manage relationships with external agencies relating to design and print. In addition you will have the opportunity to work with the content management system for web and email. To be considered for this role it is essential to have proven experience within a marketing and communications support role with an emphasis on delivering marketing campaigns. Copywriting and proofreading skills are essential, along with an understanding of the print and design process. Experience of using content management systems, Google Analytics and AdWords is required for this role with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and external agencies. The placed candidate will have budget and project management skills. A marketing qualification to degree level or equivalent is desirable.
